England captain Andrew Strauss says he is focused on the second Test against Sri Lanka despite questions being raised about his position.
Defeat in the first Test in Galle was the fourth in a row for England, after the 3-0 series whitewash by Pakistan.
Strauss has scored one century in 48 Test innings, but he insisted he is not thinking about his future.
"It would be wrong for me to think about anything other than us trying to win this game," he told BBC Sport.

When asked whether he would think about his future should England lose the second Test, Strauss replied: "I'm not looking at it that way. I've got every intention of playing well myself and every intention of us winning as well."
Strauss has struggled for form over the winter, with his last century coming against Australia in the first Ashes Test in Brisbane in November 2010.
England batting coach Graham Gooch has said he does not believe Strauss will resign as captain while Steven Finn and Jonathan Trott have also stressed that the 35-year-old has the backing of the England dressing room.
The second Test in Columbo will be England's final international game in the longer format before they host West Indies at Lord's in May.
The tourists must win the game if they are to retain their place at the top of the Test world rankings.
However, Strauss's men must do it without paceman Stuart Broad who has flown back to the UK for rehabilitation on a right calf strain.
"We haven't had much success this winter," added Strauss. "There has been some individual success and good moments but we haven't been consistent enough to win those games which is of great frustration to all of us.
"But we have got one more opportunity to show what we're capable off.
"I've got great faith in our players and in us as a team to show the resilience we need to show.
"It's all very well to talk about it, but we need to show it on the pitch."
